MEMBERSHIPS AT MOLA
MoLA is a community pottery studio for the clay enthusiast. In addition to our most popular in-studio membership, we also offer two at home pottery membership options. MoLA is structured to accommodate independent hobbyists that enjoy creating on their own time. MoLA offers flexible access to the pottery studio from 6am-12am seven days a week. Membership fees include tools, materials, firings and a personal shelf. See our Points System for firing information.
IN STUDIO MEMBERSHIP
An In-Studio Membership at MoLA is $298/month. Every membership initiation requires a 3 months commitment.
Membership includes: 2 bags of clay/month, a 36" x 18" shelf, the use of all studio equipment, tools, glazes, and 25 firing points.
Members will enjoy flexible access to the studio from 6am to midnight seven days a week.

HOME WHEEL MEMBERSHIP
A home wheel membership is $265/month. Every membership initiation requires a 3 months commitment.
This membership includes: A home wheel, 2 bags of clay/month, a 24" x 18" shelf, glazing at the studio, and 25 firing points.
Setting up a wheel at home is easy. The wheels are very transportable – easy to lift and it fits in a small car! All you need at home is a standard plug, a couple of buckets, and basic tools!

HOME HANDBUILDING/FIRING MEMBERSHIP
A home Handbuilding/Firing membership is $198/month. Every membership initiation requires a 3 months commitment.
This membership includes: 1 bag of clay/month, a 24" x 18" shelf, glazing at the studio, and 25 firing points.

HOW TO SIGN UP
To join MoLA, we require that you have previous experience at a pottery studio. If you have taken classes at our sister studio Good Dirt LA, the recommendation of your instructor is all we need. For potters who have created elsewhere, please email contact@membersonlyla.com or fill out the form below with photos of your work and a description of your experience with ceramics. We will set up an appointment to meet you for a tour and studio orientation!

POINTs SYSTEM
Memberships include 25 points monthly in any of the size combinations listed below. The 25 points include the option to rollover a maximum of 5 unused points into the following month. As a perk during your birthday month, you receive an extra 10 points!
Note that Large and Extra Large items have limits per month (sizes D & E). Additionally, if you need to fire something larger than 14 inches in any direction, you need approval from our team to do so.
Members are responsible for accurately recording their own points and for placing work on the appropriate shelves to be bisque fired.
membership Cancellation Policy
Members are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months of continuous membership when signing up. After the three month period, members can pause their membership for $85/month. Pausing vs. canceling your membership will guarantee you an available membership and shelf when you are ready to return. Pausing also waives the 3 month commitment at your return.
